A Medical charity required a response handling company that could process their donations as well as manage and import data directly and efficiently into their database. Third party import files were problematic for them. After meeting with two different response handling houses, they decided to go ahead with Telebank due to our quality of data and the flexibility of having an in-house database team.
Telebank has been working with the Medical charity for over two years, supporting them with thanking & banking and our team has been looking after their database flawlessly, importing directly into Raisers Edge.
