The message to charities from Telebank is simple; Telebank is here to SUPPORT YOU on a long or short term contract. Yet again, Telebank are here to support you through the new Omicron variant.

Since the impact of the lockdowns many charities decided to close their offices and work from home. Telebank has taken action to further adapt our operation to give additional support to the charity sector. As well as supporting the key elements of donation processing, raffles and fulfilment, we are also operating services for Royal Mail returns, telephone calls and redirection of post from the charities head office (scanning images to individuals working from home as per the charities instructions).

Telebank are here to maintain the important communication between you and your supporters. The process is adaptable, enabling all requirements to be accommodated to support you and your teams.
