Telebank have developed a hybrid processing system that couples manual and automated data capture. This process supports both complex and bespoke campaign requirements with scaleable high volume processing.

Our unique capability is to be able to support and enhance any complex or differential artworks such as surveys, raffles and any supporter engagement pieces i.e. stickers. The system is mirror imaged based on the artwork of the response form, encompassing any prompts for information. Data outputs are mapped from the system, enabling our clients to have complete flexibility and control over exact data headers, formats and specification.

Automated Data Capture for Charities

Telebank’s unique capability is to support and enhance any complex or differential artwork such as surveys and supporter engagement pieces. Data outputs are mapped from the system, providing our clients with flexible and accurate data extracts.

Data capture areas include but not limited to:

  • Supporter URN, name and full address details
  • Additional contact information i.e. email address
  • Consent updates
  • Gift Aid declarations
  • Acknowledgement status
  • Donation or raffle ticket values (including split by sold and bought tickets)
  • Communication preferences

Automated charity data capture can be utilised for campaigns where artwork and supporter prompts are standardised through a QR code containing supporter, campaign and pack code information. The implementation of this sophisticated technology helps minimise data capture errors and increases efficiencies.

Cheques, postal orders and cash responses are banked daily directly into your bank account. Telebank are a PCI DSS compliant organisation. Compiling with PCI DSS, we utilise Quality Security Assessor (QSA) and ASV network scanning to audit and assess. Credit and debit card donations are processed via your payment gateway supporting our certification.
